In 2009 total volume of Compulsory Health Insurance (OMS) Fund income in Tatarstan will make 17, 5 billion RUR. RT Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin informed about it today at the session in RT Cabinet that was devoted to consolidated budget of Tatarstan for 2009.
According to the words of Head of Minister of Finance, in 2010 the income of OMS Fund should make 17, 8 billion RUR, in 2011 – 19, 7 billion RUR (growth for 11 %).
Radik Gaizatullin also informed that taking into account the transition to one-channel financing the income of OMS Fund budget will consist of 3 sources: own income of the Fund (3,9 billion RUR), budget contributions for non-working citizens (4,5 billion RUR), the program of one-channel project (4,2 billion RUR), non-repayable transfer from municipal budgets (3,5 billion RUR).
Besides, for realization of a number of national federal projects in Tatarstan 1, 4 billion RUR will be transferred to OMS Fund. The following events are included in expense part of OMS Fund budget: financing of territorial program of compulsory Health Insurance, subventions from OMS federal fund for financing of state task to do additional medical treatment by municipal establishments, realization of the program of dental prosthetics and hearing aid.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
