As many as 273 multi-apartment houses have been overhauled in Tatarstan with 182 more nearly completed

On 2 September, reporting about the rate of housing construction and implementation of federal and regional programmes of construction of social and cultural facilities and public spaces at a videoconference with all regions of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin said that capital overhaul of 119 schools and boarding schools as well as  of 166 school catering units was completed by 1 September.

He said that implementation of three programmes in healthcare facilities was completed by 90 per cent and capital overhaul of regional community centers – by 91 per cent. 

Ayzatullin reported that 85 per cent of work by two programmes in ecology and natural resources protection has been fulfilled, and 91 per cent of the planned youth centers have also been overhauled.

He also informed about completion of work by the programme of restoring street lighting in 6 settlements of Kazan and by the programme of reconstruction and capital overhaul of gas boilers in 40 state-financed establishments.

The Minister said that 273 multi-apartment houses have undergone capital overhaul in Tatarstan with 182 more being nearly completed.

Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to strictly control the capital overhaul works as all they should be completed on time.
