On September 30, the Popov Technopark in the city of Innopolis hosted the second day of the Kazan International Legal Forum "Right to the Right" with participation of representatives of legal, business communities and state authorities from different regions of Russia.
Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, who is a graduate of the law department of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University, opened the second day of the forum.
He emphasized that it is lawyers who understand the essence of the ongoing events, therefore they are often involved in large and complex projects: starting with Russian President Vladimir Putin ending with approximately half of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the presentation, Shaykhutdinov informed about the development of Innopolis, in particular, about the experimental legal regime established on unmanned vehicles in the IT city, as well as the pilot legal regime on unmanned aerial vehicles to be adopted, both will shape the future of technological leadership in many countries. The speaker emphasized that such leadership is largely based on retaining and attracting highly qualified professionals and is associated with the presence of universities, whose infrastructure is the basis for economic growth anywhere in the world.
Over 400 professionals took part in the Kazan International Law Forum held in Kazan and Innopolis on September 29-30. The programme of the event covers many areas of law, such as legal education, arbitration, business, bankruptcy, international law.
