Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan fulfilled the task of Russian Ministry of Defense on the partial mobilization of citizens

On October 31, speaking at the meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan fulfilled the task of Russian Ministry of Defense on the partial mobilization of citizens.

“Our republic has also fulfilled the task brought by Russian Ministry of Defense on the mobilization of citizens. The draft commission of the republic on mobilization under the leadership of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin, together with municipal commissions under the leadership of the heads of cities and regions, has done a lot of work,” Minnikhanov emphasized.

“As I have already emphasized, today one of our main tasks is to take care of families - the families of servicemen and citizens called up for military service on mobilization. Families of fallen servicemen require special attention,” Tatarstan President said.

The regional campaign “Yardam yanashe! The help is near!” has resumed its activity in the republic. The authorized body for the coordination of the movement is Tatarstan Ministry of Youth Affairs. A bank account has been opened to collect donations.

Minnikhanov also said that 15 universities of the republic opened humanitarian headquarters of the movement. The business structure has been actively involved in the formation of humanitarian assistance for the mobilized citizens and their families. Tatarstan President instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic to prepare and in the near future to hold a joint meeting of the Operational Headquarters and the Regional Conscription Commission on mobilization of citizens with consideration of the results of partial mobilization, tasks to ensure security in the republic in a special military operation, measures to support the families of the dead and citizens called up for the Armed Forces.
