Rustam Minnikhanov about Tatarstan budget commitments: "We do not face any failures"

On July 24 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regional meeting on results of performance of consolidated budget in the first half of 2013. Heads of regional ministries and agencies, top managers of major industrial enterprises, deputies of Tatarstan State Council took part in the event.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted rather tight economic situation in the current year. According to results of the first half of 2013, the industrial production index made 101, 7 per cent. There was the slowdown in construction rates by 2,5 per cent and in the retail trade turnover from 119,8 to 102,8 per cent.
Much emphasis should be put on the profit tax. According to Tatarstan Department of Federal Tax Service, the profit tax decreased by 24 per cent in the first half of 2013. Negative trend is observed in the sphere of oil production, engineering, chemical and petrochemical industry, transport and financial sectors.
Tatarstan President noted that support of commodity producers, expansion of domestic market should be the priority areas in economic policy. He added that the budget 2014 should be set taking into account current tendencies.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
