Ildar Khalikov holds session of OAO Tatspirtprom Board

On August 2 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held a regular board session of OAO Tatspirtprom on election of the Board Chairman, results of company’s financial and economic activity for the first half of 2013, and implementation of investment projects.
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Land and Property, Ildar Khalikov was appointed Tatspirtprom Board Chairman.
Members of the Board heard the report of Alfiya Kayumova, company’s financial director, on results of financial and economic activity for the first half of 2013.
Thus, the output of alcohol products increased by 37 % and made 4 147 decalitres, the production plan was fulfilled for 108 %.
There is a positive tendency in sales of domestic brands in Russian regions, 478 decalitres were sold in the first half of 2013. Export accounted for 14.8 thousand decalitres.
Tatspirtprom distilleries produced 1 176 decalitres of alcohol. The industrial production index made 131%. Receipts from sales, works and services increased by 46 % and made 2 933 mln rubles.
For the first half of 2013 Tatspirtprom transferred 7 216 mln rubles of taxes to budgets of all levels.
Net profit for the first half of 2013 made 207 mln rubles.
Tatspirtprom Director General Kupriyanov G.F. reported on implementation of investment programmes.
Members of the Board made a decision to speed up construction of distillery with production capacity of 10 000 decalitres per 24 hours on the territory of company’s branch “Usadsky distillery”. The production is to be launched in the first quarter of 2014.
Summing up, members of Tatspirtprom Board positively estimated company’s financial and economic activity for the reporting period.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
