On August 6 at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers First Deputy Minister of Education and Science Danil Mustafin told about Solo touch typing contest, being held from August 1 to 15 in Tatarstan.
The “Solo on keyboard” author, a psychologist and journalist, teacher of Lomonosov Moscow State University School of Journalism Vladimir Shakhidzhanyan also took part in the briefing.
Unlike other contests, Solo will be accompanied by training. The contest is organised by the Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Information and Communication.
The main purpose of the event is to master quick typing skills.
First Deputy Minister of Education and Science said that students of the 11th form, teachers from comprehensive and supplementary education schools, students and academic teaching staff, employees of executive authorities (federal, state and municipal), executives of industrial enterprises, specialists working in the sphere of culture, health care, bank and financial workers, publishing and printing companies can take part in the contest.
To master 10-finger typing method and take part in the contest it is necessary to register on the website Solo.tatarstan.ru before August 10.
The online training will be provided after registration until October 30.
Therefore, 200 participants will take part in the final stage, which will take place on November 20 - 30. Finally, 60 participants will become winners. Besides, the super final will take place before December 15. The final and super final will be held in IT-Park in Kazan.
The winners will receive notebooks.
In accordance with the order of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov all members of Tatarstan Government and Cabinet of Ministers will undergo training on 10-finger typing method.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry.
