Results of first half of 2013 summarized at Tatneft Board session

On August 29 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a board session of OAO Tatneft on results of budget performance for seven months of 2013, approval of a budget for September, and results of financial and economic activity.
12,932 mln tons of oil were produced t company’s oil fields for the reporting period. Production of associated gas made 426 mln cubic metres. 127 new wells were put into operation. 158,4 thousand tons of oil were produced at licensed areas outside Tatarstan. Gross proceeds from sales made 270 bln rubles, net proceeds – 168 bln rubles.
37 bln rubles of profit were gained by results of financial and economic activity. Net profit made 29,1 bln rubles. Total sum of payments in all budgets made 153,6 bln rubles. Total amount of investments accounted for 38,7 bln rubles.
Information about implementation and development of TANECO project was presented at the session. Construction of Integrated Hydrocracking Unit is nearly finished. A special service that will coordinate design and construction of TANECO objects is being established to increase efficiency of work in the sphere of project management.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
