A meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan on the main parameters of the forecast of socio-economic development of the republic in 2024-2026 held at the Government House of the republic

On 6 September Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the regional Cabinet of Ministers in the Government House of the republic, which discussed main parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the republic in 2024-2026, the forecast of the consolidated budget of the republic and the Regional Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund budget in 2024 and the planned 2025 and 2026.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov also took part in the meeting, and speaking at it, Aleksey Pesoshin said that parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the republic were formed on forecast indicators of leading enterprises, branch ministries and municipalities as well as the current economic situation. Due to taken measures and implementation of federal and regional support programs, the economy shows rather sustainable growth, he emphasized.

Thus during the first 7 months of 2023 the GRP of the republic made 2bn 176m rubles or 104.7 per cent compared to the same period last year, with the industrial production index (IPI) of 103.8 per cent and the amount of dispatched production of 2.5bn rubles, he informed.

Aleksey Pesoshin emphasized that for further development of the republic it is necessary to develop balanced forecast and budgets. “Implementation of national projects, social programs, federal and regional support measures and other activities will depend on the quality of decisions taken,” he said.
