Head of Tatarstan Ministry of Finance Radik Gayzatullin reports about implementation of revenue and expenditure sides of consolidated regional budget

On 23 October, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax bodies of the republic which discussed implementation of the regional consolidated budget for 9 months of the current year and tasks for the remaining period of 2023, Tatarstan Minister of Finance Radik Gayzatullin reported about the implementation of the revenue side of the consolidated regional budget.

He informed that during nine months of the current year the tax and non-tax revenues of the Tatarstan consolidated budget made 331.2bn rubles.

The regional equity revenues budget has been implemented in the amount of 283.7bn and local budgets – 47.5bn rubles, the Minister said.

In 9 month of the current year the profit tax revenues made 133.2bn and the personal income taxes – 93.1bn rubles, he continued.

The excise budget revenues were 30.7bn rubes, while those from the lump sum taxes amounted to 18.3bn rubles.

Radik Gayzatullin reported that Tatarstan consolidated budget expenses made 302.8bn rubles and the total amount of financing of national project events in the republic was 43 bn rubles, including 28.1 bn rubles from the federal and 14.9bn from the regional budgets.

Speaking about the 2024 budget and the planned period of 2025-2026, the Minister reminded that at its meeting on 6 September of the current year the regional Cabinet of Ministers approved the forecast of the social and economic development of the republic and the regional consolidated budget draft, which is to be considered by the Tatarstan State Council on November 2.
