As many as 3m150thousand square meters of housing planned to be commissioned in Tatarstan

On February 10, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Marat Ayzatullin reported on the implementation of housing construction programmes and the provision of housing for certain categories of citizens.

Since the beginning of the year, the State Construction Inspectorate of the republic carried out 105 inspections, revealed 10 violations.

This year, 930 orphans of Tatarstan are to be provided with housing, funds amounting to 1 billion 742 mln roubles have been allocated for them. In the category «Large families raising 5 or more children», there are 28 families. Records submitted by municipalities are being reviewed for further certification.

The Minister underlined that in 2024, it is planned to commission 3,150, 000 square meters of housing. As of February 10, 399,000 square meters of housing have been commissioned which makes 13 per cent of the plan for the current year.

Ayzatullin also reported on the implementation of programmes for the construction of social facilities in the sphere of Education, Healthcare, Youth policy, Sport and Culture.

Tatarstan Minister informed about the implementation of programmes of modernization of engineering networks, the customer of which is the State Administration of Engineering Networks.
