Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in Russian meeting on dairy industry

On October 8 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting on dairy industry development in Russia held by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in Voronezh region.
According to Dmitry Medvedev, Russia has got all chances to become the leading producer of dairy products in the world. He said that within the last few years 100 bln rubles were allocated to support dairy industry. “Russia annually produces 30 mln tonnes of milk,” he added.
Head of Russian Government expressed hope that state support of dairy industry will not be reduced. He noted that 16 bln rubles are provided for agriculture development programme.
Chairman of Russian Union of dairy enterprises Arkady Ponomarev suggested making changes in the trade law and ban any bonuses for selling dairy products in shops. Dmitry Medvedev said agricultural producers should address law enforcement bodies on issues of corruption cases in retail networks. He noted that both trade law and the Criminal Code should be taken into account.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
