Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Prime Minister and Valerio Morra, President of “ARGO S.p.A” Holding discussed the perspectives of further partnership

The meeting was held in Tatarstan Government House with participation of Marat Akhmetov, RT Minister of Agriculture and Foodstaff , Sergey Kogogin, General Director of “KAMAZ” JSC, Anatoly Krasnov, Head of Agricultural Complex Administration under RT Cabinet Office, Iskander Muflikhanov, Aide to Prime Minister on foreign economic activity, Mario Skapina, General Director of “Laverda” company.

The joint project of “ARGO S.p.A” and “KAMAZ” JSC – assembling production of tractors that started on June, 18, 2008 is quite successful.
Rustam Minnikhanov announced that today republic is interested in opening of new factories for production of agricultural machinery as far as Tatarstan is a large agricultural region and is quite experienced in exploitation of modern agricultural machinery of Western production.

Marat Akhmetov will observe the machinery produced by “ARGO S.p.A” at the exhibition of agricultural machinery and equipment EIMA that will take place in Bologna (Italy).

Mr. Morra informed, in his turn, that his company is ready to supply Tatarstan with agricultural machinery.
