Ildar Khalikov: Staffing problem is the most urgent for enterprises of military-industrial complex

On October 24 during a session of Military-industrial complex on staff assistance of military-industrial enterprises Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov noted that the staffing problem is the most urgent for the enterprises of military-industrial complex.
The session was held by Deputy Chairman of Russian Government, Chairman of Military-industrial commission Dmitry Rogozin at Kazan helicopter plant.
Ildar Khalikov reminded that 13 enterprises of military-industrial complex, 20 scientific and research institutes involved in the complex are located in Tatarstan. He noted that enterprises of the complex have state orders and growth prospects for the next years. Despite the unstable economic satiation in the world, enterprises of military-industrial complex demonstrate increase in production volumes and we feel confident about the future, Ildar Khalikov continued. At the same time he pointed out that the staffing problem is becoming even more urgent, especially in high-tech areas. According to him, well-equipped training centers at the enterprises are not enough without promoting among students and skilled teachers.
For the last three years more than 279 mln rubles have been spent to increase scientific and research interest in the industry and develop technical creativity among children and teenagers.
Ildar Khalikov also noted that provision of flats for workers of the industry will help keeping them at the enterprises.
Summing up, Ildar Khalikov thanked for choosing Kazan as the platform for holding the field session of the Military-industrial commission.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
