142.9 bln rubles entered Tatarstan consolidated budget for 9 months of 2013

On October 29 at a meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin informed that for 9 months of 2013, 142.9 bln rubles entered Tatarstan consolidated budget.
Tax and non-tax revenues in the sum of 91.0 bln rubles entered the regional budget. 26.5 bln rubles entered local budgets. The amount of profit tax was 35.5 bln rubles. The total sum of personal income tax made 35.6 bln rubles. The amount of land tax that entered local budgets made 4.5 bln rubles.
Radik Gaizatullin noted that obligations for payments to be transferred to State Housing Fund in the sum of 8 bln 28 mln rubles were accepted.
Expenses of Tatarstan consolidated budget made 138 bln rubles, of regional budget - 115.6 bln rubles, of local budgets – 47.2 bln rubles. The government debt of the Republic of Tatarstan made 85.5 bln rubles.
Radik Gaizatullin continued that on October 24, 2013, Tatarstan State Council passed a bill on budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 and planned period of 2015-2016.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
