Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working trip in Arkhangelsk region

On November 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Arkhangelsk with a working visit, was met by Governor of Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov, Chairman of regional Tatar national and cultural autonomy Rim Kalimullin at Arkhangelsk airport.
Upon arrival Rustam Minnikhanov went to Severodvinsk where the Plan of measures on realization of Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical and socio-cultural cooperation was signed between Tatarstan and Arkhangelsk Governments.
Later on the same day, Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Orlov took part in a meeting of Tatarstan and Arkhangelsk officials. Tatarstan President also looked around the exposition at Sevmash Production Association museum.
Tatarstan President was accompanied by Director General of OAO “Ak Bars Holding Company” Ivan Egorov, and Director General of OAO Zelenodolsk shipbuilding plant Renat Mistakhov.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
