Uganda delegation visits Nizhnekamsk industrial objects

On November 4 Uganda official delegation led by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Ms Irene Muloni, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Tatneft objects in Nizhnekamsk.
In particular, the delegation visited TANECO oil-refining and petrochemical complex, discussed prospects of cooperation with Tatarstan leadership and Tatneft management.
Rustam Minnikhanov also held a meeting on construction of the Complex of advanced refining of heavy residue at "TAIF-NK" plant. Construction works started in 2012. Implementation of this major project will be an important stage of the company’s development within the next three years. The company’s profit is expected to increase by 1.7-2 times, about 700 jobs will be provided.

The Head of the Government of the republic will fulfill wishes of five-year old Landysh who dreams of a guitar, 13-year old Zariva who will get a smart speaker, eight-year old Leyla dreaming of a bike and 16-year old Evelina who will be given an e-book.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
