KAMAZ-Master trucks to leave for Dakar-2014

On November 10 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of OAO KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin visited Naberezhnye Chelny to meet KAMAZ-Master team before their departure to Dakar-2014.
The team leader Vladimir Chagin presented team members and technical staff to Rustam Minnikhanov.
Rustam Minnikhanov asked about technical details of the trucks and tested one of the cars. He wished KAMAZ-Master team good luck.
Today the team will go to France and the trucks will be transported to South America. In a month some staff members will go the other side of the Atlantic to meet the trucks, and other members will fly to Argentina where the marathon starts on January 4.
The Dakar marathon finishes on January 18 in Chile.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
