Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Sariya Saburskaya and her whole team for the work done with citizens’ appeals and said: “Responding to requests in a timely manner and taking appropriate measures within the established timeframes is our job – the job of the authorities. The population is becoming more demanding. But in the whole due to appeals from our citizens we see how our municipalities work.”
He also stated that many programmes aimed at the improvement of life quality of citizens are being implemented today. “Of course there are serious issues requiring serious investments. But it is necessary to meet people and explain them the situation,” the Rais of the republic said. It is important for local administrations to be in constant contact with the population, he emphasized.
