Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers discusses measures on stepping up traffic safety, decrease of car accidents and reducing the severity of their consequences in the republic

On 27 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with al municipalities taking part in it via videoconference which discussed measures on stepping up traffic safety, decrease of car accidents and reducing the severity of their consequences in the republic

Speaking at the meeting, Aleksey Pesoshin informed that 375 people died and 3 258 were injured in car accidents in the republic for 10 months of 2025.

After participants of the meeting watched a video dedicated to work on traffic safety, decreasing the number of car accidents and the development of road network in the region, they listened to a report made by the Minister of Internal Affairs for Tatarstan Damir Satretdinov.
