Rustam Minnikhanov held the session for commission of “Head of the year” contest

The members of commission discussed the candidates for various nominations. The contest has been held in Kazan since 2002. It was established by RT Association of Industrial Enterprises (since 2005 – RT Association of Enterprises and businessmen).

It was decided to use the official data of “Tatarstanstat” (territorial body under federal service of state statistics in Tatarstan). Such points as industrial production, added value, salary were taken into account.

Candidates are assessed according to the following nominations: “Increase of compatibility”, “Achievements in innovative activity”, “Active investment activity”, “Active personnel policy”, “High social responsibility”. Moreover, new nominations in oil-gas-chemical, energy, automobile spheres are introduced this year.

Republic contest “Head of the year” is held in accordance with RT President Order dated 26.02.2002 to provide public recognition, encouragement and distribution of positive experience of the best Heads of enterprises and organizations, businessmen in Tatarstan.
