Capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses started at 312 facilities in 28 municipalities of Tatarstan

On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported  that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.

He informed about the amount of work being done and completed at each facility in the sphere of education, healthcare, youth policy, culture and programmes being implemented together with the Ministry of Sport, Ministry of Forestry, the Internal Affairs Ministry, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Justice and other regional ministries.

The regional Minister told that the overhaul of regional executive committees has been completed by 92 per cent and reported about the work progress of capital overhaul of 706 multi-apartment houses in 41 municipalities of the republic. Thus he informed that work has begun at 312 facilities in 28 municipalities of the republic and it is planned to start work at other facilities in the end of May.

Marat Ayzatullin also reported that 276 866 residents of the republic have already voted for the choice of public spaces to be improved in 2027 and the voting process deadline is 12 June of the current year.
