Ildar Khalikov: “I wish Tatarstan construction industry to continue steady development”

On December 23 Tatarstan Prime Ildar Khalikov took part in a meeting on results of the activity of Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utility Services for 2013.
The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utility Services Irek Faizullin made report on work of the construction industry for 2013. The preparation for summer Universiade 2013 was builders’ main task this year and, according to the Minister, they succeeded.
The Head of Construction Ministry also reported on a number of other programmes implemented this year. In particular, he mentioned construction and capital repair of houses, building of industrial facilities, reconstruction of the historical center of Kazan, construction of kindergartens, health care facilities.
When delivering their speeches, heads of some regional ministries and departments expressed their gratitude to the builders.
Chairman of Tatarstan Government Ildar Khalikov noted that Kazan has never seen such large scale construction works like in 2013 before.
At the same time, he underlined that other construction projects were also implemented.
Among other considerable achievements of Tatarstan builders Ildar Khalikov pointed out the application of new building technologies and materials, and the ability build facilities within a short time.
At the end of his speech, Ildar Khalikov expressed words of gratitude to Tatarstan builders on behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. “I wish Tatarstan construction industry to continue steady development”, he said and presented a number of awards.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
