Rustam Minnikhanov holds reception of citizens at Russian Resident’s reception office in Tatarstan

On December 25 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held video conference reception of citizens at the Russian President’s office in Tatarstan.
By and large, all citizens’ requests were about children’s pre-school educational facilities.
In particular, a young mother from Naberezhnye Chelny asked about opening of a kindergarten in the 25th housing area. She said that the facility of a former kindergarten, which was sold to entrepreneurs in the nineties and is now in commercial service, could be used for this purpose. Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev reported that preliminary negotiations with the building owner have been conducted. Funds are required to buy the facility back and put it into proper condition.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave a task to allocate funds for these purposes and said that the facility must be commissioned by July, 2014.
A family from Zelenodolsk disctrict, Nizhnie Vyazovye township, thanked regional leadership for repair of kindergarten “Topolek” and asked about learning of Tatarstan state languages in kindergartens. Rustam Minnikhanov agreed with parents that modern children must begin learning Russian, Tatar as well as English languages in kindergarten.
Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov said through videoconferencing that the issue related to learning Tatarstan state languages in kindergartens is being implemented under programme “Kilechek”.
A protocol of Tatarstan President’s tasks will be drawn up following the results of the reception.
Chief Federal Inspector in Tatarstan Renat Timerzyanov, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov, heads several Tatarstan municipalities took part in the event.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
