Ildar Khalikov holds meeting on implementation of 25 construction programmes in 2014

On January 4 at a meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utility Services Irek Faizullin reported on implementation of 25 construction programmes in 2014. Relevant decrees have been accepted by 14 of 25 programmes.
The estimated figures for 2014 is relocation of citizens from 529 houses, 120 houses are to be commissioned under social mortgage programme, 295 orphan children are to be provided with housing. 525,1 mln of federal funds will be allocated for improving living condition of veterans, housing will be provided for 100 young families.
As for construction of renting housing, State Housing Fund is to be construct 20 houses. 98 houses are to be built under the programme of investment multi-storied housing.
38 administrative and housing complexes for district policemen are to be built in 18 municipalities. 114 objects are to be equipped to provide accessibility for handicapped people under “Accessible environment” programme.
Construction and repair works will be continued at pre-school institutions.
The programme “Construction, current and capital repair of primary health care institutions” will be implemented in 45 regions.
A new programme aimed at providing street lightning in rural areas has been approved for 2014.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
