Rustam Minnikhanov: “All works on kindergarten construction must be started right away”

On February 1 at a traditional Saturday meeting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave a commission to responsible ministries and departments to proceed to active work right away to successfully implement the programme on construction and reconstruction of kindergartens in 2014.
Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy made a report on implementation of construction programmes. He reported that the work on implementation of the housing construction programme started in all regional municipalities. According to the data of Tatarstan state statistics Service, 220.2 thousand square meters of housing (9.2% of the year plan) were commissioned in January.
It was reported that 12 houses with a total area of 17.8 thousand square meters have been commissioned under the social mortgage programme and 116 houses are under construction now.
The programme aimed at liquidation of dilapidated housing for 2013-2014 is underway. Irek Faizullin noted that resettlement of houses included into the programme has started in a number of regions.
It is planned that 19 houses with a total area of 68 thousand square meters for employees of Innopolis in Verkhneuslonsky district, workers of IT park in Naberezhnye Chelny, specialists of SEZ “Alabuga” as well as a house for 44 apartments in Zhurnalistov street in Kazan will be built under the programme on construction of rental housing in 2014.
It was further reported that 3 houses for 11 veterans of the Great Patriotic War have been commissioned in 2014. The construction of 39 houses for 231 veterans is underway.
It is expected to build 114 houses for 10534 apartments with a total area of 1.17 mln square meters in 11 municipalities under multi-apartment housing investment programme in 2014.
Speaking about the programme on construction on new kindergartens, Irek Faizullin reported that the programme will be implemented in 45 municipalities. As of January 31, 2014 the works have been started at 33 objects.
Commenting on the Minister’s report, Rustam Minnikhanov noted the scale of the programme on construction and capital repair of kindergartens. “10 thousand places is a very large programme, therefore all works must be started right away,” Rustam Minnikhanov concluded.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
