Cooperation agreement between state corporation "Rostechnologii" and Government of Republic Tatarstan signed

Five enterprises of Republic Tatarstan have entered the membership of state corporation " Rostechnologii". This comes from the outcomes of the Cooperation agreement between the «Rostechnologii » and the Government of Republic Tatarstan. The agreement was signed in Moscow by the Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the state corporation " Rostechnologii " Sergei Chemezov.

The structure of "Rostechnologii " included JSC " Plant " Elekon » (Kazan), the plant "Radiopribor" (Kazan), the Kazan optics-mechanical plant (KOM)Z, the Kazan electrotechnical plant, the Almetyevsk plant of radiopribori (Almetyevsk).

Sergey Chemezov reminded that already eight enterprises of Tatarstan had become the members of the corporation, and now the main purpose - to consolidate these enterprises.
«The agreement provides also the right of entry of the Tatarstan Government representatives in Board of directors and consultation during assignment and dismissal of the enterprise directors. - head of Rostechnologii » stated.

« Indeed, we have developed historically good relations with the corporation "Rostechnologii", - RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov said, . - we enjoy an operational experience both with «Rostechnologii» and «Rosoboronexport». Transfer of the defense enterprises in structure of the corporation - our free desire because we see that today the defensive enterprises can survive only when they are consolidated and carry out the tasks fixed before them by the state. We have a direct interest for these enterprises be developed and raised their innovative status. And within the limits of those tasks realized by «Rostechnologii », such step is quite justified.

The parties have stated the intention to pursue coordinated united policy directed on creation of highly effective integrated structures.
