793 multi-apartment houses included in capital repair programme in Tatarstan in 2014

On February 22 at a meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utility Services Irek Faizullin reported that 793 multi-apartment houses were included in the capital repair programme in Tatarstan in 2014, with funding amounting to 4,683 milliard roubles.
Irek Faizullin reminded that the 2014 capital repair programme would be realized in 41 municipalities.
He also reported that 100 million roubles would be allocated to implement the programme on capital repair of children’s recreation camps in 2014. By and large, 13 children’s recreation camps will be repaired.
Head of the Ministry also said that in 2014 the amount of funding of the Accessible environment programme made 539.6 million roubles, including 215.8 million roubles allocated from the Russian budget and 323.8 million roubles funded from the local budget. By and large, 135 facilities of the social sphere are to be equipped to provide accessibility for handicapped people.
The programme “Water supply in rural settlement” was approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan.
According to Irek Faizullin, 328 km of water supply lines to be constructed, 28 water wells to be drilled, and 38 water tanks to be installed in 2014, with the funding amounting to 690 million roubles.
Rustam Minnikhanov asked heads of municipalities to more actively use the system “Open Tatarstan”, which contains a large amount of necessary reports and other useful information. He also pointed out that the system would be further improved to make it easy to use.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
