Single Register of Labour Resources Demands to be Created in Tatarstan

RT PM Rustam Minnikhanov expressed a support for the initiative to create a single register of labour resources demands for the largest enterprises of the republic. The idea was put forward by territorial directorate of Federal agency on special economic zones management in RT.
Chief of the territorial directorate Igor Nosov told about this fact upon completion of the meeting in RT Cabinet. He also informed that Rustam Minnikhanov commissioned to create a working group so that a Register would be developed as soon as possible with participation of the largest enterprises of the republic, RT Ministry of labour, employment and social care, Ministry of education of Tatarstan, RT University rectors’ council, SEZ “Alabuga”. It would become the main document to increase the efficiency of educational system oriented to the needs of real economic sector companies.
Igor Nosov believes that developing of a Register of professions will facilitate promotion of specialties which are in demand by the economy, cooperating with educational institutions more concretely and help school-leavers. The thing is that a great number of graduate students acquiring the so-called “fashionable” professions like lawyers, economists, etc. can not find a job.
According to data presented by Igor Nosov, the representatives of secondary professional education make up 80 % of demand for human resources.
On 9 June upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov was welcomed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin.
In Kazan Sergey Lavrov will take part in a meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of State-Participants of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
On 5 May, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that currently 63 school catering units are under repairs with the amount of work completed reaching 15 per cent.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
