Mintimer Shaimiev visits photo exhibition of Mikhail Kozlovsky at Natinal art gallery “Khazine”

On March 21 a jubilee photo exhibition of Mikhail Kozlovsky dated to his 60th anniversary opened at National art gallery “Khazine”. Different photo genres, including official state photography, staged portrait photograph, landscape and children's photography were presented at the exhibition.
Mikhail Kozlovsky has worked at Tatarstan President’s Press Office for 20 years. His main works are portraits of famous politicians, leaders and public figures. Among them are photos of first Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, and Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin.
State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administrative Office Asgat Safarov, Tatarstan ex-prosecutor Kafil Amirov, Deputy Minister of Culture Svetlana Persova, Director of State historical and architectural and art museum reserve “the Kazan Kremlin” Zilya Valeeva visited the exhibition.
Opening the event, Mintimer Shaimiev noted that it is great to have such a gallery in the republic. He wished Mikhail Kozlovsky further success, congratulated him on a wonderful exhibition, and shared memories about his work with the photographer.
After solemn opening ceremony, honoured guests started discovering secrets of the photographer’s mastership. Mikhail Kozlovsky told about history of each photo.
Photo exposition aroused interest of the visitors. The photographs of Mikhail Kozlovsky are characterized by subtle psychologism and originality.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
