Capital repair of 432 houses started in 40 municipal regions in Tatarstan

On March 22 at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov proposed to exclude municipal regions, which have not submitted all necessary accounts for programmes of 2013 and have not proceeded to the implementation of certain regional programmes of 2014, from the funding list in 2014.
The meeting was held in a video conference format with participation of all regional municipalities.
Head of the Department of construction, transport, housing and utilities and road services Ildar Sibgatullin reported on the execution of the minutes of the previous meeting on issues related to the implementation of certain regional programmes.
Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Services Irek Faizullin made a keynote report. In particular, he reported that according to the regional capital repair programme, homeowners must choose the way of the capital repair fund formation within 45 days upon its publication.
The funds must be accumulated either on the regional operator’s account or on the special account. As of March 21, 482 of 15,400 houses have chosen the way of the capital repair fund formation.
The programme of capital repair of multi-apartment houses in 2014 was approved by the relative departments and submitted to the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers for consideration. The amount of the programme funding makes 4,683 billion roubles. According to the State Housing Inspection, capital repair of 432 houses has been already started in 40 municipalities.
It was also reported that capital repair works would be carried out at 159 educational institutions with total amount of funding of 2.55 billion roubles.
Moreover, 13 children’s recreation camps will be repaired for the sum of 100 million roubles.
Irek Faizullion reported that 135 social facilities would be adapted under the programme on barrier-free environment in 2014. Forty municipal regions were included in the programme in 2014. The works have been started in 20 municipalities. Moreover, it is supposed to provide a barrier-free environment at 104 schools in 42 municipal regions.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
