Facilities of ZAO “KAPO-Composit” presented to Russian Prime Minister

On March 25 during his working trip to Kazan, Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev visited new plant ZAO “KAPO-Composit” producing units for civil aviation.
Russian Prime Minister was accompanied by Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, Vice-Premier of Russian Government Arkady Dvorkovich, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, President of United Aircraft Corporation Mikhail Pogosyan.
Mikhail Pogosyan presented facilities of the enterprise.
Dmitry Medvedev were told about main production stages.
ZAO “KAPO-Composit” opened by United Aircraft Corporation will produce units made of composite materials for Russian and foreign aircrafts.
The amount of investments in plant construction made 3.5 billion roubles. The programme of work for foreign customers is being realized in cooperation with an Austrian company FACC AG.
The first production stage was launched in July 2013.
“We use technologies that help us providing competitiveness of our produce at domestic and international markets. This is a high-tech production of units made of composite materials,” Mikhail Pogosyan said.
The guests also looked around the exhibition of enterprises producing aircraft equipment.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
