Permanent Representative Office of the Republic of Tatarstan in Crimea established

In accordance with Tatarstan President’s Order, the Permanent Representative Office of the Republic of Tatarstan was established in Crimea. Ilmir Temirgaliev was appointed permanent representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Crimea in accordance with Tatarstan President’s Order signed on March 29, 2014.

Ilmir Temirgaliev was born on April 27, 1951 in Khatyrchi village, Samarkand region, Uzbekistan.
1973 - graduated from Tyumen higher military engineering school.
1992 - graduated from Military engineering academy of the Order of Lenin named after V.V.Kuibyshev

1993-1997 – Director of Joint insurance company “Elita”, Simferopol
1997-1999 - Director of Simferopol office “Salamandra-Kimmeria”
1999-2001 - Director of Closed Joint-stock insurance company “Crimea-AFES”
2001-2007 – Director of “Aelita” company
2007-2007 - Director of OOO “South building investment holding”
From 2007 – Director of OOO “TemirInvest Group”
Was awarded with the title “Honoured industry worker of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
