Ildar Khalikov holds session of Guardian Council of Fund for Assistance in Venture Investment Development into Small Enterprises in Science and Technology of the Republic of Tatarstan

On April 2, at a session of Guardian Council of the Fund for Assistance in Venture Investment Development into Small Enterprises in Science and Technology of the Republic of Tatarstan held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, members of the Guardian Council discussed four issues on the agenda.
Director General of ZAO “Asset Management Company “SBVC” Denis Cherkasov made a keynote report on the company’s activities. In particular, he reminded that ZAO “Asset management company “SBVC” manages the Closed Mutual Investment Fund “Regional Venture Fund of Investments into small enterprises in Science and Technology of the Republic of Tatarstan” after Sberbank’s purchase of ZAO “AC “Troika Dialog”.
Denis Cherkasov told in detail about the portfolio composition that is under the management of SBVC as well as financial standing of portfolio companies. The Closed Mutual Investment Fund “Regional Venture Fund of Investments into small enterprises in Science and Technology of the Republic of Tatarstan”, which is under the management of ZAO “Asset Management Company “SBVC”, specializes in IT companies. There four companies in the SBVC’s portfolio.
The iiko team offers EPR and POS solutions for hospitality industry (hotels, entertainment complexes, restaurants). The SafenSoft Company develops antivirus software, ATM security solutions. Vidimax specializes in providing access to a fee-based video content, cooperating with Tattelecom, R-Telecom and other companies. Cortona 3D develops software for automated management training on complex equipment operation and assembly.
Executive Director of Nonprofit Organisation “Fund for Assistance in Venture Investment Development into Small Enterprises in Science and Technology of the Republic of Tatarstan” Ainur Aideldinov made a report on the fund’s activities.
Ainur Aideldinov also reported on attracting a professional auditor to perform an audit of the fund for 2013, offering Audex Company as an auditor. Moreover, changes to the Board of the Guardian Council of the Nonprofit Organisation “Fund for Assistance in Venture Investment Development into Small Enterprises in Science and Technology of the Republic of Tatarstan” were approved at the session.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
