Organization of “Sozvezdie” festival discussed at Tatarstan Government House

On April 4 at a meeting in support of “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk” festival, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that the festival has become one of the most favourite events of Tatarstan citizens. “This festival helps us to bring up new culturalized generation with leadership and humane qualities,” Ildar Khalikov said.
According to General Producer of the festival Dmitry Tumanov, 16, 000 children took part in semifinal round of the festival this year. In Kazan the jury watched 880 performances. More than 1,000 participants came through super final.
Semifinal rounds were also held in Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetievsk, Zelenodolsk, Mamadysh, Menzelinsk, Zainsk, Tyulyachi and Bolgar.
Participants of today’s meeting discussed organization of the final round and gala concert, and performances of the winners in Tatarstan and Russian regions.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
