Support of Bakhchisarai region discussed at Tatarstan Government House

On April 9 Tatarstan Prime Ildar Khalikov held a meeting on supporting Bakhchisarai region. Heads of regional ministries and agencies took part in the meeting.
Opening the meeting, Ildar Khalikov reminded that the Republic of Tatarstan is rendering material and methodological assistance to Bakhchisarai region.
To the point, on April 8 Tatarstan delegation visited Crimea and met with leadership of Bakhchisarai region and take part in a meeting chaired by Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Kozak in Simferopol.
By results of the meeting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov pointed out priority measures to be realized by Tatarstan ministries. Today Ildar Khalikov addressed ministers with requirement to contact their Crimean colleagues. First of all, ministers should analyze relevant industries in Bakhchisarai region, and determine methodological recommendations and material aid.
Among priority tasks are rendering assistance in spring field works, preparation for winter period and academic year. Schemes of territorial planning and general plans of municipal development are to be prepared by October 1.
Ildar Khalikov also noted that the region needs help in developing normative legal acts.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
