On April 13 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on construction of new objects in the historical centre of Kazan.
Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administrative Office Asgat Safarov, Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin, Tatarstan Prosecutor Ildus Nafikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Chief Architect of Kazan Tatyana Prokofieva took part in the meeting.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
