OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” Board of directors established

On April 14 at an annual shareholders meeting of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov company’s Board of directors was established.
Company’s Director General Oleg Nesterov made a keynote report on results of work in 2013.

Sergey Alekseev– First Deputy Director General, OAO “Svyazinvestneftekhim”;
Vladimir Busygin - Deputy Director General of OAO “TAIF” for management and strategic development of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”;
Radik Gaizatullin – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Ravil Zaripov – Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan– Minister of Industry and Trade;
Nail Maganov - Director General, OAO “Tatneft” named after V.D.Shashin;
Milich Zhelko – CEO, IPCO - TRADING S.A.;
Oleg Nesterov - Director General, OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”;
Vladimir Presnyakov - Deputy Director General for petrochemistry and oil processing, OAO “TAIF”;
Partner of legal company “Rapport and partners”;
Guzeliya Safina - Deputy Director General for economy and finances, OAO “TAIF”;

ZAO “PricewaterhouseCoopers” will be company’s auditor in 2014. In accordance with federal legislation amendments, shareholders approved amendments in OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” charter and regulations about general shareholders meeting.
The first Board session was held after annual shareholders meeting. Members of the Board supported the proposal of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and re-elected Vladimir Busygin as the Board Chairman, and reasserted authorities of Oleg Nesterov, Director General of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”.

On 9 June upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov was welcomed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin.
In Kazan Sergey Lavrov will take part in a meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of State-Participants of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
On 5 May, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that currently 63 school catering units are under repairs with the amount of work completed reaching 15 per cent.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
