The possibility to create industrial economic grounds for small and medium-size entrepreneurship with granting tax privileges of republican level was discussed at a meeting in the RT Cabinet held by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

The idea has been proposed by small and medium-size entrepreneurship development Committee. It is meant that under current economic conditions industrial economic grounds must support the development of entrepreneurship in the republic, ensure opening of new plants and working places.

Head of small and medium-size entrepreneurship development Committee Timur Shagivaleev informed that such grounds may be founded in the regions with extra manpower and generating capacity.

Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, stressed that opening of economic grounds should not contradict federal legislation. He also proposed to consider the possibility of granting privileges for infrastructure connection for the companies localizing their capacities on such industrial grounds. This issue needs serious legal examination and consultations with specialists in the taxation realm.
