Capital repair of 598 multi-apartment houses started in Tatarstan

On April 20, at a regional video conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin reported that capital repair of 598 multi-apartment houses started in Tatarstan. Total funding of the programme amounts to 4 bln 683,7 mln roubles.
Capital repair of 1 of 13 children’s recreation camps in Nurlat has finished.
As for repair of heating supply systems, old boiler houses with 80 per cent of efficiency coefficient will be changed in 2014 at social objects.
Speaking about choosing the way of capital repair fund generation, Irek Faizullin reminded that in accordance with the order of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers dated as of 31.12.2013 №1146, a long-term capital repair programme was approved. It was published in newspaper “The Republic of Tatarstan” on March 4, 2014. The list of houses is available on the website of Tatarstan Government or the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Municipal Economy.
By and large, 15, 387 houses were included in the programme.
Irek Faizullin also mentioned that the ministry is preparing the bid for the Housing and Utility Reform Foundation to receive support under the progamme of relocation of citizens from shabby houses in 2014.
Summing up, Head of the ministry informed about the first forum “Modernization of housing and utility sector regional experience and initiatives of Tatarstan” that will be held on April 29, 2014.

On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
