Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Director General of RED Aircraft GmbH Vladimir Raikhlin

On May 6, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of RED Aircraft GmbH Vladimir Raikhlin discussed issues of aircraft building development and cooperation in this area, including production of aircraft diesel engines RED Aircraft.
To the point, during his working trip to Germany in October 2013, Rustam Minnikhanov also visited RED Aircraft GmbH factory, which develops and produces high perfromance aircraft engines in Adenau. At that time, Rustam Minnikhanov and Vladimir Raikhlin discussed the possibility of establishing an engineering center RED Aircraft GmbH in Tatarstan.
Aide to Tatarstan President Airat Khairullin, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade Rabil Zaripov, Rector of Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University Albert Gilmutdinov and other officials took part in the meeting.

Research and Production Center “RED Aircraft”(Raikhlin Engine Development) was founded by Vladimir Reikhlin in Germany in 1995. The company specializes in developing high-tech engines and provides a full range of services from complete engine design to testing and production. On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
