To the point, on July 21, at a business Monday at Kazan Mayor’s Office, it was noted that citizens complain about accessibility of some sports venues, such as Tulpar complex of Kazan State Agrarian University, and Burevestnik of Volga state academy of physical culture, sport and tourism.
