On August 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Kamchatka Krai on a working visit, was met by Kamchatka Krai’s Governor Vladimir Ilyukhin at the Pertopavlovsk-Kamchatski airport.
On the first day of his trip Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Paratunsky salmon hatchery. The construction of the hatchery began in 1986 and was completed in 2002. The hatchery’s designed output makes 17.5 million pieces of juvenile salmon, with about 15 million pieces of young fish being released into rivers of Kamchatka Krai annually.
At present, the Paratunsky hatchery is one of the largest Kamchatka hatcheries, equipped with sophisticated technological equipment, water purification plant, and automatic feed distribution line.
Tomorrow, Tatarstan President will take part in the signing of an agreement between Tatarstan and Kamchatka Krai, as well as meet with the leaders and activists of Tatar public organizations.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
