On August 9, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Commander of Long-Range Aviation of Russia Igor Khvorov, Executive Vice-President of United Aircraft Corporation Aleksandr Tulyakov, Head of Kazan executive committee Denis Kalinkin and Kazan dwellers took part in aviation holiday “I choose sky” at Kazan aircraft plant.
Celebrations took place on the plant’s airfield for the first time. Entertainment programme and attractions were organized for the guests. Participants of the event could see different models of military and civil aircrafts produced in Kazan.
Ildar Khalikov congratulated everyone of the holiday and thanked employees of aircraft plants and educational institutions for their work. He noted that Tatarstan aircraft industry is successfully developing.
Commander of Long-Range Aviation of Russia Igor Khvorov, in his turn, congratulated participants of the event on the holiday.
Summing up, Ildar Khalikov presented some state awards to best employees of the industry.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
