Rustam Minnikhanov and Mikhail Babich open new kindergarten in Nizhnekamsk

On September 1, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich took part in opening of new kindergarten “Ladushki” in Nizhnekamsk for 280 places that was built under regional programme.
Mikhail Babich congratulated children and their parents on the beginning of new academic year and opening of a beautiful kindergarten. He noted that the programme of construction of kindergartens is successfully implemented in Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov also congratulated Nizhnekamsk dwellers on opening of the new kindergarten: “Children are our future, and we are proud to see positive demographic results during the last three years. Nizhnekamsk makes its great contribution to this.”
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked builders and noted that construction of new kindergartens will be continued.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported the statistics on collection of utility payments and payment discipline.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that 170 educational facilities will have capital overhaul by federal and regional programmes, having added that the bulk of the projects are planned to begin at the start of the summer holidays.
