Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Vasiliev open the second call centre of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography

On September 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Igor Vasiliev, Head of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in Tatarstan Azat Zyabbarov, Director of Tatarstan Cadastral Chamber Lenara Muzafarova took part in solemn opening of the second call centre of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in Russia.

Call centre in Kazan has worked since March 1. By calling 8 (800) 100-34-34 one can ask any questions regarding real estate title registration and cadastral registration, and make appointment with Head of a subdivision of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in any region, and make complaint.

Currently services of call centre are popular in Moscow and Moscow region. Tatarstan provided land and building to Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for free use. Major repairs were done in the building and new equipment was purchased using federal funds.

Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “All our work is connected with information technologies. We can get and give any information wherever we go. This call centre is a good example. I am sure it is very useful as services are rendered to our citizens here. It is the second project in Russia and it should be successful.”

Igor Vasiliev thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for supporting the project, and noted that opening of this call centre will make work of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography more efficient and transparent.

Igor Vasiliev and Rustam Minnikhanov looked around the call centre and answered questions of journalists. In particular, Igor Vasiliev said that the project was realized in Tatarstan because information technologies are successfully developing in the region and there is support of regional authorities.
