Rustam Minnikhanov visits new kindergarten “Turgai” and renovated culture center in Pestrechinsky region

On September 3, during his working trip to Pestrechinsky region, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn opening of a new kindergarten “Turgai” in Shali village.
With a total area of 1,800 square meters, the kindergarten is designed for 120 places. Its construction began in February 2014 and was completed within a short time.
Head of the region Edward Diyarov thanked the regional leadership for their attention paid to the social problems of the village, and builders for the construction quality.
Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, noted that a new kindergarten, culture center and other facilities necessary for the life of the villagers have been built in the village. He assured that the implementation of social programmes will be continued in the republic.
Then, the guests looked around the building, which houses five groups of children, musical and sports halls, a speech therapy room, a room for extra activities, Methodist’s room, medical, catering and laundry facilities. There are five sports and playgrounds around the kindergarten. Extra educational services, including English language classes and classes to develop children’s drawing, musical, dancing and rhythmic skills are planned to be provided.
Later, Rustam Minnikhanov visited the renovated culture center in Shali. Looking around the center, Tatarstan President appreciated the quality of the repair works, which cost about 36 million roubles.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
