Tatarstan President meets new Consul General of Turkey in Kazan

On September 23, at his meeting with new Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Kazan Turhan Dilmaç, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated Consul General on his appointment to the post and noted that Consulate General plays an important role in relations between Tatarstan and Turkey.
According to Rustam Minnikhanov, the Republic of Turkey is the leader by the number of joint enterprises working in Tatarstan. Turkish businessmen are implementing a lot of big investment projects in Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov expressed confidence that Turhan Dilmaç would support further fruitful development of Tatarstan-Turkey relations.
Tatarstan Vice-premier – Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President on international issues Radik Gimatdinov, and representative of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazan Radik Vakhitov took part in the meeting.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported the statistics on collection of utility payments and payment discipline.
On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that 170 educational facilities will have capital overhaul by federal and regional programmes, having added that the bulk of the projects are planned to begin at the start of the summer holidays.
