Ildar Khalikov congratulates workers of trade unions on their professional holiday

Dear Tatarstan citizens, workers of various specialties, activists of trade unions! Please accept my most sincere congratulations on the Day of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan!
Trade unions of our republic are the largest national public associations, comprising hundreds of thousands of workers from all sectors of the economy, science, education, culture, employees of thousands of enterprises and organizations.
The experience of establishment and development of trade unions has shown that this form of employee organization allows quickly responding to the challenges of the time and regardless of emerging political, social and economic changes is capable of performing its task of protecting the rights and interests of the workers.
Our republic has developed an effective system of interaction between trade unions, business and government, a constructive mechanism of social partnership allowing the staff to enter into effective collective agreements that protect the interests of the workers and their families.
Trade unions are a strong foundation of the civil society, a reliable partner of the state in dealing with the tasks aimed at ensuring good living standards and free personal development, improving quality of life through innovative development of the economy.
I express my sincere gratitude to the activists of trade unions for their hard work, significant contribution to the social and economic achievements of the republic.
From the bottom of my heart, I wish all participants of the trade union movement good health, well-being, as well as unbreakable unity and solidarity in achieving ambitious goals for the benefit of the working people and our republic.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
