Albina Shavaleeva appointed Acting Head of the Department of registration of acts of civil status under the Cabinet of Ministers

On October 8, Tatarstan Acting Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced new Acting Head of the Department of registration of acts of civil status under the Cabinet of Ministers Albina Shavaleeva to the staff. Former Head of the Department Elmira Zaripova was appointed Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection.
Aleksey Pesoshin thanked Elmira Zaripova for her work on behalf of Tatarstan Government. “Major organizational work was done and electronic data basis and information systems were implemented for the period of her work in 2008-2014,”Aleksey Pesoshin said and handed a letter of commendation of Tatarstan President to Elmira Zaripova.
Elmira Zaripova, in her turn, thanked the staff for efficient and well-coordinated work.
Aleksey Pesoshin read out the order about appointment of Albina Shavaleeva to the position of Acting Head of the Department of registration of acts of civil status under the Cabinet of Ministers.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
